What it is
A progressive-overload training log built for the working set. Log a set in one tap, see the next number before you are out of breath, and get an honest read on whether last week’s number actually went up.
Your training log lives on your phone. There is no account and no sign-in.
Train
Start a session from your program and the working set is the whole screen: weight and reps in heavy numerals sized for a rack, in bad light, with the phone propped against a water bottle. One tap logs the set and starts the rest clock. A set logged wrong is corrected or undone from its own row.
Progression, decided once
A deterministic engine judges each session when you finish it: add load, hold, or deload. The rule is written down, the decision is stored, and the next prescription is what every screen shows. Estimated one-rep max, tonnage, and plateau detection are computed from your own log.
Your best lift is placed on a published strength standard for your bodyweight and sex, with no word below Beginner and no grade.
The rest of the day
- Lifts. A library of 214 movements grouped by muscle, with a progression screen per lift.
- Food. A repeat food is three taps. Search 425 generic whole foods bundled in the app, or your own foods and saved meals. Four macros on every total. Online food search is off until you turn it on.
- Body. Weigh-ins, a trend, and progress photos kept on your phone.
- Apple Health. With your permission the app reads steps, active energy, sleep, workouts, and heart rate, and shows them as facts beside your training. Nothing read from Health is stored by the app, and nothing is written to Health.
SulAI, the trainer
SulAI is an AI trainer. It talks about your training in plain words: how a lift is going, what you have eaten today, what is left in the workout. It reads your log through a fixed set of tools and can propose a change, but it never prescribes. Every proposal is a card you confirm, and the progression engine remains the only author of a load.
SulAI is off until you read the disclosure and turn it on, under Settings → Trainer. It reaches a server SKomp Studio runs. There is no account and no sign-in: your device identifies itself to that server with Apple’s App Attest, and the server keeps no copy of the conversation. Replies are labelled as SulAI, any reply can be reported, and a record of what left the device is kept on your phone.
Your data
No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising. Your log lives on your phone. iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Weights are stored in kilograms and shown in the unit you choose.
The privacy policy says exactly what is collected and what is not. For anything else, the support page is the place to start, and admin@skomp.studio reaches a person.
